LumaSweep is an iOS app designed to help you find and clean duplicate photos, similar photos, burst photos, dark photos, blurry photos, screenshots, and videos. This Privacy Policy explains how the app handles information.

Photos and Videos

LumaSweep analyzes your photo library on your device. We do not operate a server for photo or video analysis, and we do not upload your photos or videos to our servers.

When you grant photo library permission, the app may access photo and video metadata, thumbnails, file size information, creation dates, media type, and locally computed analysis results such as similarity fingerprints or quality scores. These are used to show cleanup categories and recommendations inside the app.

Local Cache

To make scanning faster, LumaSweep may store analysis cache on your device. This cache is used only by the app and can be removed by deleting the app from your device.

iCloud Photos

If your library uses iCloud Photos, iOS may download items from iCloud when you preview or manage them. This download is handled by Apple Photos and iCloud services, not by LumaSweep servers.

Purchases and Subscriptions

If LumaSweep offers paid features or subscriptions, purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your credit card number or payment details. The app may check your subscription status through Apple's StoreKit framework to unlock paid features.

Information You Send Us

If you contact us by email, we may receive your email address and any information you include in your message. We use this information only to respond to your request and provide support.

Third-Party Services

LumaSweep relies on Apple system frameworks such as Photos, iCloud Photos, and StoreKit. Your use of those services is also subject to Apple's privacy policy and terms.

Children's Privacy

LumaSweep is not intended to collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate action.
