These Terms of Use govern your use of LumaSweep. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

Use of the App

LumaSweep helps you review and clean photos and videos on your device. You are responsible for deciding which items to delete. Always review selected items carefully before confirming deletion.

Photo and Video Deletion

When you delete photos or videos through LumaSweep, iOS may ask you to confirm the deletion. Deleted items may be moved to the system Recently Deleted album depending on Apple Photos behavior and your device settings.

Accuracy of Results

The app uses automated analysis to identify duplicate, similar, burst, dark, blurry, screenshot, and video items. Results and recommendations are provided to help your review, but they may not always be perfect. You should make the final decision before deleting any item.

Subscriptions and Paid Features

LumaSweep may offer paid features or auto-renewable subscriptions. If subscriptions are available, payment will be charged to your Apple ID through the App Store after you confirm purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Any pricing, trial, or renewal information shown in the App Store purchase sheet controls the purchase.

Restore Purchases

If paid features are available, you may restore purchases using the restore option in the app, subject to Apple's App Store rules and the status of your Apple ID purchases.

No Warranty

LumaSweep is provided on an \"as is\" and \"as available\" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free results, or that every item will be detected correctly.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including deletion of photos or videos that you confirmed.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
